Your CV and questionnaire will be added to the database of job candidates maintained by the Human resources section for a period of 1 year after their submission. If your profile gets out attention and you meet the conditions to fill a certain position if it comes open, you will be invited in for a hiring interview. We reserve the right to make the hiring decision.
Chemko, a. s. Slovakia will automatically invite those candidates meeting the requirements and registered in the database of job candidates to participate in the hiring process to fill a given position. Your consent is required to process your personal data for the purposes of your inclusion in the database of job candidates. You provide consent using the Personal Data Processing Consent form (“consent”). The consent form is located below on this website.
If you are interested in being included in the database of job candidates, please complete and sign the consent form and submit it along with your CV.
Consent is not required (and therefore you do not have to complete, sign and send in the form) if you are only interested in the hiring process for a current position we are looking to fill. The personal data of individuals who are not hired and who do not provide consent will be deleted in accordance with Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on Personal Data Protection and on amendment of certain acts.
All CVs and questionnaires we receive will be carefully evaluated. We reserve the right to only respond to those job candidates who meet our requirements.
Consent to persona data processing:
Under Article 6 par. 1 (a) of Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (“GDPR”), I hereby grant consent to Chemko, a.s. Slovakia (“Controller”) to process my personal data contained in the job application, CV and other documents and provided materials for the purposes of my inclusion in the records of job seekers for a period of 1 year from the date on which this consent is granted. I hereby state that the personal data I provided is accurate. I also declare that I am aware that I may revoke such consent in writing at any time. If I do revoke this consent, the Controller must immediately delete my provided personal data without any undue delay.
